COHAN LEON DALEY

Cohan Leon Daley is an experienced revenue leader in technology, deeply committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). As a first-generation British Jamaican from a Windrush-era family, he understands the barriers individuals face in expressing their identity.

Cohan combines corporate expertise with a passion for inclusivity, making him an engaging speaker. He shares personal stories and research to educate audiences. He has guided many organisations and individuals on their DEI journeys, focusing on dismantling obstacles to authenticity and promoting allyship in the workplace.

A dynamic and visionary executive with over 25 years of experience leading growth, transformation, and innovation across SaaS, AI, IoT, and digital ecosystems. A proven GTM strategist and board advisor, who has driven over $100M in individual revenue while scaling high-impact teams and forging strategic alliances across the UK, EMEA, and global markets. From founding equity-driven ventures to advising fast-growth startups and enterprise leaders, Cohan brings a unique blend of commercial acumen, technical fluency, and a commitment to inclusive leadership.
