With access to globally recognised certifications, hands-on learning, real work experience, and a powerful support community, this programme bridges the gap between ambition and opportunity, preparing future leaders for the digital economy.

Who It’s For
Early-career professionals, career changers, or returners from underrepresented backgrounds
No previous technical experience required, just drive, curiosity, and commitment
Caribbean and African participants (with flexibility for global diaspora applicants in future cohorts)
Programme Pillars
1. Choose Your Technical Pathway
Earn an industry-recognised certification in one of three high-demand platforms:
- Salesforce Administrator or Consultant Pathway
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud Practitioner / Associate
- Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer
Includes guided study, learning resources, and exam vouchers—fully funded.
2. Coaching & Mentorship
- 1:1 Mentorship from experienced professionals across tech, sales, consulting & cloud
- Group coaching sessions focused on mindset, resilience, and career navigation
- Community Slack/Discord space for peer support and live Q&A
3. Real-World Work Experience
- 6–8 week practical project with partner companies or startups
- Gain hands-on experience across configuration, client delivery, or project planning
- CV building, references, and tangible portfolio outcomes
4. Networking & Industry Events
- Monthly virtual networking sessions with hiring managers and alumni
- Guest speaker series with top tech professionals and diverse role models
- Career clinics with recruiters and CV/interview support
5. Quarterly In-Person Meetups (UK only)
- Safe, inclusive spaces to connect, collaborate, and grow
- Skills workshops, wellbeing support, and alumni panels
- Hosted in major UK cities (e.g., London, Manchester, Birmingham)
6. Founders & Leadership Network
- Exclusive access to our Diverse Founders Network
